I live this kit, the blue light device is really handy if you dont have a lot of time and switches off automatically when finished. I tend to use the gel in my own teeth moulds overnight. I get no sensitivity and lovely results. Very pleased and would recommend.

I have been using Polished London's teeth whitening powder consistently for the past 10 days and I can honestly say my teeth are definitely whiter! Whilst I don't drink red wine (or white for that matter) I do like a morning coffee and tea in the afternoon and having never whitened my teeth before, I am really pleased with the results.
